The cost to rent a store front on Discover Dolls Marketplace is £10 a month or £100 a year for our yearly option.

When you sell an item you will pay a small commission of 2% to the Marketplace, as well as the processing fees for the payment option you have chosen.

There are many benefits to being a vendor on the Discover Dolls Marketplace.
It will give you the equivalent of your own website at a fraction of the price of hosting it yourself.
Your storefront will be accessible via the store listings on the marketplace, but you can also promote it yourself with a direct link in the form of discoverdolls.com/store/yournurseryname so you can send your customers directly to your store to browse your products.
When you upload a product, there will be several mandatory fields to fill in so that you will have enough information on each product to reduce the number of questions from buyers and create a more seamless sale.
There are lots of options within each listing, you can add images and videos, as well as reduce the price or offer discount codes to loyal customers.
We will have continuous advertising campaigns on social media as well as in the Discover Dolls Book available on Amazon, and the UK doll shows.
We intend to make sure that when customers are looking for a safe place to buy, Discover Dolls Marketplace will be their first choice!

We don’t vet vendors on their skill level, if you are happy with your work and meet our criteria then you can sell via the marketplace.
However, we advise that you take clear and detailed images of your work, and are accurate and honest with your descriptions to make sure your buyer knows exactly what they are getting.

How much does it cost to be a vendor?
Your storefront will cost £10 per month, or if you want to sign up for a year, it will be £100 per year. Then you will pay a small commission of 2% of each item sold, plus the fees charged by the payment provider.
You can cancel at any time, but payments made are nonrefundable.

You will need to upload one main image of your item which will show on the item preview, and then you can upload up to a further 8 images within the listing.

Can I upload multiples of the same product on one listing?
If you have multiples of an identical product, such as an accessory or item of clothing you may list more than one per listing.
However, you will be expected to carefully manage your inventory.

Once a product is listed on the marketplace we expect you to sell it via the platform, as the final value fees are important for us to keep the website running.
If something should happen and you need to end the listing early, then you can do so, and will need to specify your reason for removing a listing.
If you are removing multiple listings to avoid fees, your account could be at risk of being terminated.
If you attend a doll show, you will have the option to put products, or your whole profile on a break, and after the show you may remove any sold items.

Currently the marketplace is only for vendors within the UK, however there are fantastic marketplace options available within the US.

You can sell to customers outside the UK, buyer accounts can be set up by collectors around the world, however, you do not have to offer your work for sale overseas.
If you do not want to sell overseas, please ensure you select this in your account set up.

No. The marketplace is dedicate to original artists and small businesses. It was created to help artists stand out from the crowd and grow their brand.
We also believe it would be too difficult to police the sales of preloved dolls and maintain out guarantee of no fake or counterfeit kits.

You can cancel your membership at any time, however, payments are non refundable.
