Thank you for your interest in Discover Dolls Marketplace and selling your work through our platform.
Discover Dolls Marketplace has been developed as a safe place for artists and small businesses to sell in the UK, away from the influx of second hand dolls, and the increasing prevalence of scammers and counterfeit products.
The platform allows you to essentially rent your own sales and advertising space where you can list your items for sale to registered customers, take payments and arrange shipping all in one go. The flexibility of the platform allows you to list unlimited products, offer reductions, create coupons, and even promote and advertise your featured items.
There are two subscriptions types, you can pay £10 per month, or save by signing up for a year at just £100 per year.
This monthly payment will be for the rental of your webspace, where you can have a detailed bio about yourself and your business, links to your social media and also details of when and where customers can see you in person at shows and events.
As a vendor, you will also automatically have a buyer account, so you can easily make purchases!
There is 2% commission paid on each sale as a final value fees, plus any payment processing fees applied by PayPay or Stripe. This is only applicable to completed sales.

Please note the following before signing up:
Sellers must be UK artists or businesses only, however you can sell worldwide.
When you register you will need to provide a form of ID with your name and address. (we do not keep this on file)
All items sold must be your own work or brand new items, unless you are a registered reseller selling on behalf of others, or you are a business selling antiques or vintage items. Such applications will be subject to additional checks.
Reborn’s and handmade dolls or items must never be listed as suitable for children or child friendly unless you have CE tested them and have correct documentation.
We reserve the right to decline any application to sell, and revoke a seller account at any time if we believe that you are in breach of any of the terms.
Selling of counterfeits or fakes is strictly against the rules, and if you are found to be selling these, even off the platform, your seller account will be revoked.
When signing up you will need to agree to the full terms and conditions with your particular attention drawn to the following:
- Agree not to use any fake or counterfeit kits, and to make sure that all kits used in the production of reborn or silicone art dolls are purchased from a legitimate source.
- Agree to communicate with buyers in a professional and timely manner.
- Understand that my listings must not contain any profanities or abusive or prejudice language.
- Will post paid for items in a timely manner, no less than 5 days after payment of the goods unless agreed with the buyer.
- Will clearly display my returns and refund policy, and this will be compliant with the UK laws of distance selling.
- Guarantee that my items are brand new, or are made with brand new materials unless explicitly stated in the item description.
