If you are a buyer or thinking of buying from our marketplace, here are the answers to a few of the most frequently asked questions!

  • Do I have to have an account to buy from Discover Dolls Marketplace?

    Yes, you need to have a buyer account to buy from the marketplace, this is so we can make sure that you are a genuine person and protect our vendors from potential scammers. 

  • Can I buy from more than one vendor at a time?

    You will need to complete transactions from two vendors separately rather than add them to the same basket, this is because of shipping and the allocation of the payment to the correct vendor. If you would like to buy from two vendors you will need to complete one purchase, then go back into the marketplace and buy from the second vendor.

  • How do I know that a vendor is genuine?

    All our vendors are vetted. We take steps they are real people, and they are who they say they are.


    Vendors sign a set of terms and conditions and agree a code of conduct when applying to sell via the marketplace. 

  • What if I want more information or images?

    If you want more information or have questions for the vendor, you can contact them via the listing, or via their store page. 

  • What are the benefits of buying from Discover Dolls Marketplace?

    There are many benefits from buying from Discover Dolls Marketplace.
    As well as the main one, which is that you are buying from known and trusted artists, the site is easy to navigate and to find exactly what you are looking for.


    You can find a specific vendor by using the search function, or you can use our filtering tool to find something  with the specifications you are looking for.


    I also believe that resale of the kit will be much easier if you buy from the marketplace, you can keep a copy of all the details of the doll, and when you resell, your own buyer will be reassured that it came from a trustworthy source.
