Customers may return their items within 7 days of receipt. TO activate the returns process email pixiekissedbabies@gmail.com and state the order number and item to return. The returns process will be emailed and must be followed. Items must be unused and in saleable condition with all seals and labels intact. It is the customers responsibility to use a tracked service to ensure that the return arrives safely. Once the item is received back at Pixie Kissed Babies it will be inspected to ensure that it meets our guidelines and a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping will not be refunded.
