I have used heat set paint, mediums and varnish. Â Baby has been lovingly create for you with every care and attention to details as I can possibly do.

No refund after 30 day of receipt of purchased reborn Dolls.
Refunds only for: goods that are lost in the post, damaged in the post, faulty or not as described on arrival, any damage or faults must be photographed, then forwarded to me on the day of delivery; Please open your baby the day you receive it, No refund once the reborn doll has been sold on by original buyer.
No refund for buyers remorse/change of heart.

No refund if the Reborn has been altered in any way at all from when the artist/merchant despatched.
Any returned reborn, will be returned within the first 2 weeks of receipt, via the same shipping that was used by the merchant and at the buyers expense.
The reborn must be in the same condition as it was sent out to the buyer. (this also includes the doll, not smelling of anything such as smoke, food smells or pets.) the reborn must be returned in all the original packaging along with all the items. (including outfit/s blankets/COA’s et cetera.)
